The first layer of our 4-coat system is a 12ML thick coat of our high-performance epoxy resin.
Flake Broadcast- Protects From Abrasions and Chemicals, Adds Slip Resistance
Next, we broadcast a flake aggregate into the resin that will protect the floor and increase its slip and chemical resistance.
Polyurethane Coat- 9ML Thickness
The most important coat of our system is the first coat of 9ML clear polyurethane to seal the flake aggregate in place.
Seal Coat- 9ML Thick, Polyaspartic Optional
The final layer in our system is the second coat of clear, 9ML thick polyurethane. An additional topping of polyaspartic urethane is optional as well.
