Our team uses at least 4 coats in our epoxy flooring installation to ensure proper longevity, durability, and strength are gained from your epoxy flooring.
Solvent vs Water Based
Our team only uses the best solvent-based clear seal top coat to ensure your epoxy flooring has the best adhesion, highest durability, and quickest cure time.
30 ML Thick
To ensure our epoxy coating system is at its max durability and performance we only apply our system at 30 ML thickness.

About our 4 coat system
12 ml thick epoxy
Once we prepare your concrete the 4 coat system begins with a 12 ml thick coat of high-quality epoxy.
Flake Broadcast (Shields from abrasions, chemicals, and slip resistance)
We protect your floor from abrasion while increasing the chemical and slip resistance by broadcasting flake aggregate into the epoxy.
Coat of Polyurethane-9ml thick topcoat (most important)
Next, we apply a coat of 9 ML clear polyurethane to seal the flakes in.
Seal Coat of Polyaspartic (Optional)
The final step is a second clear coat of 9 ML thick polyurethane to complete the process. The additional topcoat of Polyspartic Urethane is optional.
